Leaking Ceiling Pipes in Semmes, AL

SERVPRO of Mobile County was called when this homeowner had a leaky pipe in the ceiling of their home.  Much as is the case when hidden pipes spring a leak, the homeowner didn’t know until there was extensive damage to the ceiling.  Once onsite, we removed the damaged materials.  After the leak was repaired we dried the affected structure and sprayed an antimicrobial agent to prevent future mold growth.  We coordinated with the insurance company through every step of the job to make the process as stress free as possible for our customer.  Once mitigation was complete, our construction services division stepped in for the reconstruction.  One vendor, one point of communication for the entire job makes for a streamlined experience.  One more example of how SERVPRO of Mobile County can truly make it “Like it never even happened.”
